Maybe you have been in therapy before and you are wondering If I would be a good fit for you. What makes me different from those you have seen before?

Maybe this is your very first time and you have no idea what to expect. Let me help make some things clearer for you.

I am not here to judge you or your choices. Everyone has their own journey to get through and I will support you to do it in a way that aligns with your wants and needs. You are the expert in your life, who am I to decide otherwise?

I will not, however, blankly sit back and say “I see” while you bare your sole. I know how to help you, I have dedicated my life to doing just that.

We will be a team and I will challenge you, laugh with you and encourage you to help you to meet your goals and make some real change in your life.

You have all the strength and ability to live the life you dream of, all within yourself. I am here to help you believe just that.

In our first session we will go over your unique goals and get a history of who you are and what you want to work on. Getting a sense of your needs and how I can best help.

In the following sessions, we will follow your lead on the pace of how we do this. You know yourself best. I enjoy working with clients who are self aware and want to dig deep. But you are the only one who knows just how deep to dig.

I will encourage you but not push your limits. You are in control here. I will use my skills and knowledge to help guide you to bring out your desired self.

Online therapy for the win

I only offer HIPPAA- compliant telehealth appointments at this time. This offers clients flexibility and gives them back more time in their already busy days. No need to cut out extra time for driving to and from the office (really, does anyone have that much time in their day anymore?).

Need to meet in your car during lunch hour? No problem. Want to meet in your PJs while you work from home? Yes! Be your comfy self! The more relaxed and at ease you feel, the more positive work we can achieve. Telehealth gives you that opportunity.
